Heads Up Landscaping
In 2009, the NM Business Weekly ranked Heads Up the largest landscape contractor in New Mexico with annual revenues that exceed $24 million. Heads Up has over 200 year round employees and as many as 400 during the peak season. In addition to beautiful designs and construction, they maintain more properties than anyone else in the state.
To reach that peak took over 30 years of growth through innovative management, quality work and great customer service. How did they do it? By hiring and retaining employees with excellent skills, positive attitudes, and great ideas. While we all appreciate how easy that sounds and how challenging it can be, they succeeded!
